Before you purchase
Please review the product description, format, measurements or size chart, delivery method, and any storefront terms before placing an order. Product colors may look slightly different across screens and printed materials.
Print-on-demand physical products
Many physical Heart@Home items are made to order and fulfilled through a linked Printify storefront. Payment, production, shipping, and applicable taxes are handled through the storefront used at checkout. The return, refund, replacement, cancellation, and shipping rules displayed by that storefront at the time of purchase apply to your order.
Because print-on-demand items are made specifically after an order is placed, change-of-mind, color, or sizing returns may not be available. Please check product details and sizing carefully before ordering.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact the storefront or Heart@Home promptly and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. We will help direct the issue through the fulfillment provider, but the provider’s eligibility rules and resolution process apply.
Digital downloads and printables
Paid digital products are purchased and delivered through Payhip. Payment processing may be completed by Payhip and its connected payment provider. After a successful purchase, the buyer receives access to the digital file through the Payhip download page and purchase email.
Digital products are nonrefundable once the file has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where required by law. Please read the product description and confirm the file type before purchasing.
If you receive the wrong file, cannot access the download, receive a corrupted file, or believe you were charged twice, contact Heart@Home so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.
Books and future products
Cookbooks, baking books, devotionals, coloring books, and other future products may be offered as physical items, digital files, or both. The specific product listing and checkout provider will explain which format you are purchasing and any additional terms that apply.
Personal-use license
Unless a product listing clearly says otherwise, purchased and free digital downloads are for the buyer’s personal, noncommercial use. You may print copies for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute, share the digital file, upload it elsewhere, remove branding, or use it to create products for sale.
Shipping, delivery, and addresses
Estimated production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur after an order leaves the fulfillment provider. Buyers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping and email address. Contact the storefront as soon as possible if you notice an error; changes may not be possible once production begins.
Prices, taxes, and promotions
Prices may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, currency conversion, or other checkout charges may vary by location and are shown by the checkout provider when applicable. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively unless the offer states otherwise.
