Mom,
Have you ever wondered if you missed your miracle?
Maybe you prayed, believed, and waited... but nothing changed. Maybe you thought by now life would look different. You imagined being married, financially stable, or watching your children thrive. Instead, you’re still waiting, still praying, and quietly wondering if God’s blessings have passed you by.
I know that feeling.
I was reading Matthew 9 during my Bible study, and something stood out to me. I noticed each miracle happened after a desired timeline. The woman with the issue of blood had suffered for twelve long years. She had exhausted every earthly option, yet she refused to believe her story was over. She dared to reach for Jesus.
There was also the synagogue leader whose daughter had died. To everyone around him, the window for a miracle had closed. Death had the final word, or so they thought. Yet he still sought Jesus, believing what looked impossible was possible with Him.
We have a saying, “God is always on time,” and He is. But what if His timing doesn’t fit the timeline we’ve created? What if He comes after we’ve decided the opportunity has passed?
What if heaven doesn’t measure “too late” the way we do?
Mom, I wonder how many of us have quietly buried our hope because we believed the deadline had passed. We stop praying. We stop expecting. We stop believing.
Not because God has changed, but because time has.
Yet throughout Scripture, God has a beautiful way of stepping into situations that seem beyond repair. He is not intimidated by what looks impossible to us. He is not limited by missed opportunities, broken dreams, or the opinions of others.
Our God specializes in redemption.
Maybe today you’re wondering if your family will ever be restored. Maybe you’re praying for a prodigal child. Maybe you’re believing God for healing, provision, peace, or even a godly husband one day.
Can I encourage you?
Don’t let the passing of time convince you that God has stopped working.
The same Jesus who called a little girl to rise and healed a woman after twelve years of suffering is still the same Lord today.
His power has not diminished.
His promises have not expired.
His faithfulness has not changed.
So today, dare to believe the impossible. Not because your circumstances make sense. Not because you have all the answers. But because your hope is anchored in a Savior who is never limited by what seems impossible to man.
If you’re still waiting, keep praying. If you’re still believing, don’t give up. And if your hope has grown weary, ask the Lord to strengthen your faith again.
Mom, your timeline may feel like it’s run out, but God’s story for your life is still being written.
I am praying this prayer for you
Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You that nothing is impossible for You. When her heart grows weary, remind her that You are still working, even when she cannot see it. Strengthen every mom reading these words today. Renew her hope, deepen her faith, and help her trust that Your timing is always perfect. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
With love,
Manasseh
